This offers an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of how it would feel to work together.<\/p><p data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"489\"><strong data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"489\">Therapy Sessions<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"764\">Formal therapy sessions are open-ended, meaning you decide when you feel ready to end therapy. That said, I do not recommend a sudden termination. An ending session is encouraged, as it provides space to reflect on our work together and review progress made during therapy.<\/p><p data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"898\">Each formal session lasts up to 50 or 90 minutes.
